We proudly offer local delivery throughout Montgomery County, Maryland. Every order is hand-delivered with care by our in-house team — no third-party couriers.
Delivery Policies:
Please double-check your order details before submitting!
Tognoli Florist (Tognoli Gifts LLC) is not responsible for:

Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses

Missed deliveries due to recipient absence

Undeliverable gifts when no delivery time is specified and the recipient is unavailable
We do everything we can to ensure your flowers arrive beautifully and on time — but we rely on accurate information and coordination from you to make it happen smoothly.
Order Confirmations:
Once your gift is delivered, you’ll receive an email confirmation with delivery details.
If you ever need additional information about your order’s status, don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re always happy to help!
Delivery Window:
Unless a specific delivery time is provided, all orders are delivered within our standard delivery window:
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Eastern Time)
We try our best to accommodate time requests, but they are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in advance.
Delivery to Houses:
Please provide:

A complete physical address

A general time window when the recipient will be home
If no one is available to receive the gift and there is a safe, shaded spot, we will leave the arrangement at the door and notify both you and the recipient. If we feel it’s not safe to leave the flowers, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
Delivery to Apartment Buildings:
To ensure successful delivery, please include:

Full address, including apartment number

Recipient’s phone number

A time window when the recipient will be available
If the recipient isn’t home, we may leave the arrangement at the door, front desk, or leasing office, depending on the building’s policies. We’ll notify you of the delivery outcome.
Delivery to Work Places:
To deliver to a business, we require the following:

Full business address

Suite or office number

Recipient’s phone number

A general timeframe when the recipient will be present
If the recipient isn’t available, we’ll attempt to contact them to reschedule. If we can’t reach them:

We’ll hold the order and attempt a second delivery the following business day.

If the second attempt fails, the order will be canceled.

If we don’t hear back from the recipient (or you) within 36 hours, we’ll place the order on hold. We’re happy to reschedule the delivery when the recipient is available, but please note we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for delays caused by missing or incomplete delivery information.
Delivery to Hospitals:
For hospital deliveries, please provide:

Full hospital name and address

Room number

Intended delivery time
Please ensure the patient is not scheduled to be discharged during the estimated delivery window. If the patient has already been released, we will attempt to contact them to arrange alternate delivery. We’ll hold the arrangement for up to 24 hours.
If we don’t hear back from the recipient (or you) within 36 hours, we’ll place the order on hold. We’re happy to reschedule the delivery when the recipient is available, but please note we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for delays caused by missing or incomplete delivery information.
Subscription Deliveries:
Subscription deliveries follow the schedule selected at checkout (monthly, biweekly, etc.).
After each subscription payment is processed, your bouquet will be delivered within 7 calendar days.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:

The flowers will be left in a safe, shaded spot, if possible and the recipient will be contacted.

If not, we’ll return them to the shop and contact you to reschedule
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, limited access, or incorrect delivery information, though we’ll always do our best to deliver promptly and safely.
Subscription Delivery Schedule

Each bouquet is delivered within 7 days of your billing date

You’ll receive a preview photo before it goes out

We’ll send a confirmation message once it’s been delivered
What if no one’s home?
If there’s a safe, shaded place at the delivery location, our driver will leave the bouquet and notify you and the recipient.
If it’s not safe to leave the flowers, we’ll contact you to reschedule the delivery.
