Delivery Policies
We offer our Local Delivery service in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Delivery Policies:
Tognoli Florist does not take responsibility for wrong addresses provided by the customer, or if the recipient is not there to receive the gift, or if the customer does not provide a time of delivery and the person already left.
We provide a confirmation system for your order. When we deliver your order, will send you a confirmation email. If you want extra information you can contact us at any moment, all your questions will be answered.
Delivery Window:
If you don't specify the time of delivery, your gift will be delivered within our delivery range (11 am-7 pm EST).
Delivery to Houses:
The physical address is required. Please provide the time the person will be at the house to receive the gift. If there is no one home, we will leave the arrangement at the door. We will let you and the recipient know if we left it at the door.
Delivery to Buildings:
The physical address and the apartment number are required; as well as the time the person will be there to receive the gift. If there is no one home, we will leave the gift at the door, front desk, or leasing office.
Delivery to Work Places:
The next information is required so we can make the delivery: physical address, suite number, recipient’s phone number, and time in which the person will be there. If the person is not there, we will try to get in touch with them and set a new delivery date and time. If we can’t get in touch with the person, we will try to deliver the Gift on the next day. If the person can’t be reached on the second time, the order will be cancelled, but you will have a credit in our shop for any future order.
Delivery to Hospitals:
The next information is required so we can make the delivery: physical address, room number, delivery time. If the Gift is going to a patient, please make sure that they will not be sent home at the time we make the delivery. If the person left, we will try to get in touch with them. We will try to get a second address from the recipient. In that case, we will save the order for one more day. If we don’t get any answer from the recipient or you in 36 hours, the order will be canceled, but you will have a credit in our shop for any future order.
