Return, Substitution, Cancellation, and Chargeback Policies

Return Policies:
Because our gifts are perishable and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your gift arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly send a one-time replacement at no extra cost.
This policy applies only to daily arrangements and does not cover weddings or events.
For plants and planters, we cannot issue refunds or replacements if the plant deteriorates after the first 7 days. While we guarantee that all plants leave our shop healthy, their care becomes the customer’s responsibility after delivery. Please follow the included care instructions and contact us right away if something seems off.
Substitution Policies:
We do our best to ensure that all flowers, fruits, and gift components are in season and as shown. However, if certain items are unavailable due to seasonal or supply issues, Tognoli Florist (Tognoli Gifts LLC) reserves the right to substitute them with products of equal or greater value that are similar in color, style, and quality.
This includes the possibility of substituting:

Flowers and foliage

Fruits or gourmet treats

Baskets, vases, or other containers

Decorative accents (e.g., ribbons, fillers, ornaments)
We will always attempt to maintain the overall design and feel of your original order. If significant changes are required, our team will contact you in advance whenever possible.
Cancellation & Refund Policies:
Before placing an order, customers are required to review and agree to our cancellation and refund terms. This applies to all purchases, whether made online or by phone.
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and prepared. Once your order has entered production, or has already been delivered, we are unable to issue refunds.
By placing an order over the phone or online, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Subscription Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction:
Our floral subscriptions are designed with the same care, creativity, and quality as our one-time arrangements. Because they are crafted with fresh, seasonal blooms, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a subscription bouquet has been prepared or delivered.
If your subscription was renewed by mistake and your bouquet has not yet been made, we’re happy to refund the charge — just reach out as soon as possible.
If something is wrong with your subscription delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Chargeback Prevention Clause:
We genuinely care about your experience and always encourage you to reach out to us directly if something doesn’t feel right. Most issues can be quickly resolved with a simple email or phone call, and we’re committed to making sure you’re happy.
If a chargeback is initiated for a subscription or one-time order after a delivery has been fulfilled, we reserve the right to dispute the claim. In these cases, we will submit supporting documentation, such as:

Delivery confirmation and timestamps

Photographic proof of delivery

Order and communication history
Repeated chargebacks may result in cancellation of your subscription and restriction from future purchases.
