Can I change the colors of the flowers in my arrangement?

Of course, you can! At Tognoli Florist we are at your disposal for whatever you need. What is shown on our website is more of a ‘selection guide’ instead of a ‘catalog’, it is meant for us to show you ideas of what we can we can do. You can choose your arrangement to be similar (subject to availability) or to keep the same color palette but invert the colors between the flowers or change the entire palette, it is your arrangement!

What do you mean by naming it a ‘Selection Guide’ and not a ‘Catalog’?

The word ‘Catalog’ implies that you will receive exactly what is shown in the picture, and we may not always have the same vase, foliage, or accessories shown but similar ones. So, it is more of a selection guide because it helps you select what style, color, and flowers you prefer for your gift. 

When you ask me to "Select Size" for my arrangement, what does each size represent?

Pictured means we will create something similar in size and aesthetics to the one shown in the picture.

Adding more flowers means that we will add more of the same flowers than what is pictured, making the arrangement look fuller.

Adding even more flowers means that we will make the bouquet even bigger than the one pictured by adding even more quantity of the same flowers.

How can I order a personalized Gift Basket or Floral Arrangement?

It is very easy, you call us at (240)708-2279 and tell us what you wish your gift to have or not to have, from your favorite flowers or favorite fruits to your favorite colors; and our customer service will guide you to make your perfect gift. 

With how much time in advance should I order my gift?

Even though we offer same-day flower delivery service in Gaithersburg MD and surrounding areas with an 11:59 am cut off time, we advise that you place your order a day in advance (24 hours) of the intended delivery date so that we can properly arrange an exact time of delivery and the whole logistics.
For delivery on Sundays please place your order on or before Friday.

To what places do you deliver?

We deliver flowers to businesses, apartments, houses, hospitals, funeral homes, cemeteries, hotels, or wherever you need.

To what cities do you deliver?

We hand-deliver fresh flowers locally to all of Montgomery County cities. For more details click here.

How can I be certain that your flowers are fresh?

At Tognoli Florist, we understand that you not only care about looks but also want quality, we know that our arrangements need to have the freshest flowers. That is why we buy local flowers and on demand. We also take good care of our flowers, by having a good cooler with the right temperature and humidity that they need to mature properly.

Do your flower arrangements have a warranty?

How do I know if my gift has been delivered?

As soon as your gift is delivered, our driver will update the status of your order and you will receive an email with a delivery confirmation. If you think that your gift has already been delivered or should have been delivered but you didn’t get a delivery confirmation please call us at (240) 708-2279 so that we can look into it.
