How Does a Flower Subscription Work? Super simple: you choose your plan, we design and deliver a unique seasonal bouquet every month. Each delivery includes a preview photo, a personal note (if you want), and flowers arranged with love. We’ll bill you monthly and deliver your bouquet within 7 days of each payment — no extra steps, no stress 🌸

You get regular joy delivered straight to your door — with no need to re-order every month. Plus, our subscription bouquets come with exclusive designs and seasonal blooms you won’t find in our regular menu.
It’s more affordable too: you’ll save compared to one-time orders, and local delivery is always included.
It’s also super flexible: you can cancel anytime, send it as a gift, or ask us to avoid flowers you don’t like (sorry again, carnations 😅).

Each delivery includes a unique, hand-designed seasonal bouquet, a personalized message card, flower food, and care instructions. You'll also receive a preview photo before delivery and can choose your presentation: wrapped or in a vase (glass, wood, or basket).

What Can I Expect From a Tognoli Bouquet?

Each bouquet is hand-designed with seasonal flowers we personally select for freshness, color, and vibe. No two deliveries are exactly the same — but you can always expect bold colors, gorgeous textures, and our signature lush style. Sometimes you’ll get roses, sometimes hydrangeas, sometimes something you’ve never seen before. We don’t copy-paste from catalogs — we create arrangements that feel alive!

What Vase Size Do You Recommend?
If your flowers are arriving wrapped, a vase with a 4–5 inch opening usually works great. For fuller seasonal bouquets, 5–6 inches gives them room to bloom and breathe.

In terms of height, 8 inches is ideal — tall enough to support the stems, but not so deep that the blooms disappear.

🚚 Delivery Schedule & What to Expect

When Will My Flowers Arrive?

Your first bouquet will be delivered on the date you selected during checkout. After that, your monthly flowers will arrive within 7 days of your recurring payment date — not always on the exact same day, but always with love 💐

We deliver Monday through Friday, and you’ll receive a photo preview of your bouquet before it goes out, plus a confirmation message once it’s been delivered.

How Frequently Will My Flowers Be Delivered?

Right now, our subscription runs on a monthly rhythm — it’s the perfect pace for enjoying fresh flowers without feeling overwhelmed. Your first delivery arrives on the date you choose at checkout, and after that, each bouquet is delivered within 7 days of your monthly billing date. We might add other options later (weekly? biweekly? 👀), but for now we’re keeping it simple and seasonal 💐

Will My Bouquets Look the Same Every Month?

Not quite! We use seasonal flowers and design every bouquet based on what’s fresh and available. Some months your bouquet may have similar blooms or a familiar vibe, but we always aim to keep things exciting and beautiful with new color palettes, textures, and accents. No two months are ever exactly alike 💐

Will I Receive the Same Bouquet More Than Once?

Nope! Every bouquet is one of a kind 🌸We design each one based on what’s fresh, seasonal, and beautiful that month — so even if some flowers show up again, they’ll never look exactly the same. Think of it like your favorite dish with different toppings: always delicious, always a little different.

What if no one’s home to receive the flowers?

No worries! If the delivery address allows, our driver will leave the bouquet in a safe, shaded place and ring the bell. If we can’t leave it safely, we’ll contact you to reschedule delivery as soon as possible.

When Will I Be Billed?

You’ll be charged as soon as you subscribe, and then once a month on that same date. Each new payment kicks off a fresh bouquet order — and we’ll deliver your flowers within 7 days of the charge (not always on the exact same day, but always with care 🌸).

We’ll send you a photo preview before delivery and a confirmation once it’s arrived.

If it’s a gift subscription, we’ll reach out every month so you can update the note or delivery preferences 💌

Want to cancel? No problem — just let us know before your next billing date (no fees, no stress!).

What happens if a payment doesn’t go through?

If we can't process your payment, the system will retry automatically over the next few days. If the charge still fails, your subscription will be canceled. Don’t worry—we’ll send you an email alerting you so you can fix it before it fully cancels.

Will I be refunded if my subscription was auto-renewed by mistake?
If your subscription renewed by accident, no worries — just reach out! As long as we haven’t already prepared or delivered your bouquet, we’re happy to cancel the renewal and issue a refund.

Since we work with fresh flowers (and once they’re out the door, we can’t exactly bring them back to life 🌱), we unfortunately can’t accept returns. But we always want to make things right — if something feels off, just contact us and we’ll do our best to fix it 💐

Can I Send a Subscription as a Gift?

Absolutely — in fact, most of our subscriptions are gifts! 💐
You don’t need a special “gift” setting or extra box at checkout. Just enter the recipient’s info, and we’ll take it from there.

Since our system doesn’t offer automatic edits through a portal, we’ll email you before each delivery to check if you want to include a special message or make any updates. It's our way of making sure every bouquet feels just right 💌

Our system doesn’t allow automatic skips or pauses just yet — but no worries! 💫

What is the deadline for making changes to my order?

We send a confirmation email when each subscription cycle renews. If you need to update recipient info, message, or delivery details, reach out within 24 hours of that email and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I change the delivery address?

Sure (as long as it's still within our delivery area)! Just contact us before your next billing date and we’ll update it for you. Right now our system doesn’t let you do it manually, but we’re happy to take care of it for you.

Can I Request Specific Flowers Not To Be Included In My Subscription?

Absolutely! 💐 Our bouquets are seasonal and always a surprise — but if there’s a flower you really don’t like (👀 looking at you, carnations), just let us know and we’ll make sure to leave it out when designing your bouquet. We want you to love your flowers, not cringe when you receive them or look at their picture!

Can I include a message with each bouquet?

Absolutely! Each bouquet comes with a printed note. You can add your message at checkout with your first order. For future deliveries, just reply to the confirmation email you’ll receive when your next payment goes through and send us your message—we’ll take care of the rest!
