Each month, you’ll receive a seasonal flower bouquet handcrafted by our design team, beautifully arranged as a wrapped bouquet or in a vase (your choice). Each arrangement is valued at $84.99, but with your subscription, you only pay $79.99 + tax. Free local delivery is always included.

Choose how you’d like your flowers to be presented — wrapped, arranged in a vase or basket, or as loose stems ready for your own vase or creative touch.

Then, select your preferred arrangement style — low & lush, medium & airy, or let our florists surprise you with a designer’s choice.

Your first bouquet will be delivered on the date you choose at checkout 🌷 After that, we’ll send you a new one every monthalways within 7 days of your recurring billing date. It might not fall on the exact same day each month, but it’ll always show up with love 💐 We deliver Monday through Friday, and you’ll get a photo preview of your bouquet before it goes out. Once it's delivered, we’ll also send a confirmation message so you know it made it safely.

You’ll pay $79.99 + tax every month — no sign-up fees, no surprises. Just fresh flowers, delivered with love—because joy should bloom every month. This subscription includes free delivery, you can cancel whenever you want.

Need to pause or skip a delivery?

Our subscription system doesn’t allow skipping or pausing directly — but no worries! You can simply cancel your subscription and re-subscribe when you're ready to resume. It only takes a minute and you won’t be charged any setup fees.

Subscription Returns & Satisfaction

Please note: Because flowers are perishable and made-to-order, we unfortunately can’t accept returns. However, if something doesn't feel right with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to make it right.

If your subscription renewed by mistake and we haven’t yet begun preparing your bouquet, we’ll gladly issue a refund. Just contact us as soon as possible.

Our floral subscriptions are curated with the same care and quality as our one-time arrangements. Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once a delivery has been completed. If there is an issue with your arrangement, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can do our best to make it right.

If a chargeback is initiated for a subscription payment after a delivery has been fulfilled, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and submit all relevant documentation, including delivery confirmation photos and communication logs. Multiple or unjustified chargebacks may result in cancellation of your subscription and restriction from future purchases.

Subscription Deliveries

All subscription deliveries follow the frequency selected at checkout (e.g., monthly, biweekly). Once your payment has been processed, your bouquet will be delivered within seven (7) calendar days every month until canceled.

As part of your subscription, you will receive:

  • A preview photo before your bouquet is dispatched
  • A delivery confirmation notification once the arrangement has been completed

💌 Need to update your delivery address?
No problem—just contact us before your next billing date, and we’ll make the change, as long as the new address is within our local delivery area.

🏡 What if no one’s home?
If there is a safe, shaded location at the delivery address, our driver will leave the bouquet there and notify the recipient. If no such location is available, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery.

☁️ Important:
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, restricted property access, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout. However, we will always make a good faith effort to ensure your flowers arrive safely and in a timely manner.

Subscription Data

When you enroll in a floral subscription, we collect information necessary to manage your recurring orders, including contact details, delivery preferences, and billing information. This data is securely stored and never sold or shared outside of the services required to process your subscription.

Subscription Terms

By enrolling in a floral subscription, you authorize recurring payments according to your selected plan. Subscriptions can be modified or cancelled at any time with at least 5 days’ notice before your next scheduled delivery. Cancellations made after this window may still be charged. All payments are processed in advance, and subscription prices include local delivery unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to make adjustments to your delivery date or flower selection based on seasonal availability.

When you subscribe to a flower plan, you agree to recurring monthly charges. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date by contacting us. Once a bouquet has been prepared or delivered, it is not refundable. Full cancellation and refund terms can be found here.

Subscription Modifications

At this time, our system does not support pausing or skipping individual deliveries. If you’d like to skip a delivery, you’ll need to cancel your subscription and sign up again when you’re ready to resume. There are no reactivation or sign-up fees, and you can re-subscribe at any time.
